This solar-powered, light-sensitive automatic chicken coop door is made of durable plastic and features a light-sensitive design. It is powered by solar energy and automatically opens at sunrise and closes at sunset, protecting chickens from predators such as weasels and rats. It eliminates the need for manual handling morning and evening, making it ideal for free-range chickens on farms or in garden coops.
Solar-powered and light-sensitive: Uses a solar panel for power supply and a light sensor to distinguish between day and night; automatically opens at dawn and closes at dusk for convenient use.
Waterproof casing: Designed to be waterproof, making it suitable for outdoor environments and resistant to various weather conditions.
Plastic construction: Lightweight yet robust and rust-resistant; easy to install and compatible with most chicken coop openings.
Battery level indicator: Allows real-time monitoring of stored energy to ensure sufficient power supply.
Timer settings: Customizable opening and closing times to flexibly adapt to seasonal changes in daylight hours.

【Important information】
1. Batteries are not included! You must purchase and install rechargeable batteries yourself; the solar panel only charges the batteries and cannot power the motor directly – the product will not work without batteries.
2. The solar panel must be placed where it receives direct sunlight without obstruction. Shade from trees or roof overhangs, as well as prolonged cloudy or rainy weather, can lead to insufficient charging, which in turn can cause malfunctions (the door does not open/close) or sluggish operation.
3. The product is controlled by light sensors; dim light during winter or on cloudy days can affect the sensor's sensitivity. You can use the timer function as a complement for control.
4. Only the main unit is waterproof; do not submerge it in water. Avoid installing it in places exposed to prolonged, heavy, and direct rain.
5. Adjust the guide rails during installation so that the door slides smoothly up and down. If the door jams, the motor can be overloaded, which shortens its lifespan.
6. We recommend regularly removing dust and leaves from the surface of the solar panel, as accumulated dust can impair charging efficiency. 7. Do not use ordinary disposable batteries; Rechargeable batteries (rechargeable AA batteries) must be used.
