This item requires drilling, screwing or power supply as it is battery powered and drilling. We provide screws for optional use, but can easily be attached with 3M adhesive pad (for smooth treated surfaces only). It also only requires 3 AAA batteries (not included) suitable for alkaline (disposable) or rechargeable (recommended) batteries and requires no power supply.
