How to use:
1. Before installing the heatsink, check that the heatsink is correctly aligned with the system's cooling airflow.
2. Adjust the position of the heatsink mounting screw according to the required airflow direction of the heatsink so that it can be aligned with the relevant nut bracket so that the heatsink can be installed on the reinforcement frame.
3. Remove the thermal interface material (TIM) or thermal paste protective cover. The required amount of TIM has been pre-applied to the bottom of the heatsink. Check the pre-coated TIM for damage.
4. Place the heatsink directly on top of the CPU so that the four heatsink mounting screws are aligned with the four heatsink mounting bolts or nut brackets on the track's reinforcement frame and attach them to them. The heatsink must be correctly aligned with the system's cooling airflow. Note that when tightening the four heatsink mounting screws, do not install the cooling fan on the heatsink body.
5. Use a screwdriver with a Star T20 bit and adjust the screwdriver's torque setting to 16.1 kgf-cm (14.0 lbf-in). Before opening the screwdriver, make sure the screwdriver bit is fully inserted into the hole of the heatsink mounting screw head. Keep the heatsink mounting screws vertical during the installation process.
6. Tighten the two diagonal heatsink mounting screws and turn the screws 1 to 2 turns until they are snug. Do not fully tighten! Then do the same with the remaining two diagonal heatsink mounting screws.
7. Ensure that the bottom of the heatsink is correctly positioned on the CPU and prevent the heatsink from vibrating. Fully tighten all four heatsink mounting screws to complete the installation.
8. Install the cooling fan and bracket on the heatsink body, then tighten the single locking screw on the top of the fan bracket.
9. Connect the SNK-P0064AP4 cooling fan connector to the fan header labeled CPU on the motherboard.
