The Automatic Darkening Helmet is designed to provide wider coverage than a regular helmet. It effectively protects the face and neck from damage caused by arcs, while improving work efficiency. This product is often used in industries such as shipbuilding, petroleum, architecture, steel, and boiler manufacturing. This is achieved through the principle of photoelectricity. The dark degree can be adjusted between 9 and 13 for optimal visibility. The UV-IR filtering unit, which consists of reflective coated glass, a multi-layer light valve, and a polarizer, effectively blocks ultraviolet radiation and infrared rays, providing maximum protection for the workers' eyes.

1. Open the package and remove the helmet. Pull off the protective film in the display area. Make sure all parts are undamaged (lithium battery is installed before delivery).

2. Adjust the comfort pad's tightness with the manual button to ensure a comfortable fit. The helmet has a self-locking function design. Use the headband button for elastic adjustment.

3. Adjust the knobs on the sides of the helmet to change the tightness as you lift it up and down. The point of view can be moved forward or backward as needed.

4. Adjust the sensitivity and delay time for the display area according to different working conditions. Reduce sensitivity to avoid disturbances. Choose high sensitivity for small current low arc, and for argon arc, high sensitivity must be used. Delay time refers to the time it takes for the filter to switch from dark to light.

5. Adjust the knobs as needed for different shade levels, based on the strength of the electric arc.
