Miswak and other types of chewing sticks are considered the first documented form of dental hygiene. It is also widely used in the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia and is considered the most conservative secret of the ancient world.

Miswak is called \"sunnah\" in Islamic culture, which refers to the daily activities of Prophet Muhammad (A) as part of his daily health.

Use MISWAK in the following way:

Usage: Remove about 1 centimeter of the outer layer of the miswak and expose the inner bristles.

Separation: Soften the Miswak's bristles by chewing on the tip. You can also separate them with your thumb.

Brush your teeth: Brush your teeth in a circular motion, while placing the miswak perpendicular to the oral cavity. Let the bristles enter the spaces between the teeth, providing a good flossing experience.

When the tip of your miswak dries, use a knife to cut it off. When you are ready to use it again, repeat the first step. We suggest you reduce the tip once a day.
