1 Compatible: This is a heavy-duty silicone cover specially designed to be compatible with Anova. But it is also compatible with most sous-vide pots with a 2-inch diameter opening. Please check if it fits your cookware before ordering. 2 For a standard 10 1/2 inch pan: The lid is placed slightly forward on one side without any gap, so it fits the 10 1/2 inch size and all smaller. Increased versatility to the type of containers used in sous-vide. Make sure to measure your pan before purchasing. 3 Sufficient seal: Made of thick soft silicone, it is heavy enough to lie flat on top of the pan and maintain a good seal, even if the pan is a few inches smaller in diameter. 4 Perfect for long-term cooking: Helps maintain the correct temperature and minimize evaporation. You no longer have to get up in the middle of the night to refill a jar. 5 Bonus: Quiet gurgling sound from the water. Using a sous-vide lid allows you to preheat faster and reduce the total heating time during cooking.
