Look for both dimensions and socket type, so you are sure that the LED bulb fits your lamp.

Consider whether your LED bulbs can be dimmed. It will appear on the packaging whether the bulb can.

Choose an LED with good color rendering. ie a Ra index of at least 85 or 90 where color reproduction is important.

Check whether the light emission of the bulb matches your lamp and the function of the light. scattering angle is given in degrees and should appear on the packaging.

Check whether the light bulb is bright enough for your purpose. 470 lumens correspond to a 40 watt incandescent bulb. 250 cd (candela) corresponds to a 20 watt/35* halogen spot.

Check the color of the light: Warm light of 2,700-3,300 K resembles the light of an incandescent bulb. 3,300-5,000 K gives a neutral light, while over 5,000 gives a cool light that corresponds to daylight in the middle of the day. Colder light is not suitable for homes.
