EASY TO USE: Open the metal clip. It should open with a little effort. Insert your 10mm LED strip inside the clip under the two contact pins, making sure the side of the strip matches the +- symbol. Gently pull the cable to confirm that you have properly secured the strip inside the connector. If you need to solder with a strip light cable, use less solder to avoid short circuits.
