Product Usage.
1. Download software

After connecting for the Android phone, the product is controlled by the software for Thermal Viewer on the phone.
It is very easy to view infrared images or measure the surface temperature of objects and the product can be used for HVAC, detection of thermal differential and prediction, prevention, cost, exploration of equipment. The QR code in the user manual or enter the URL to download the Thermal Viewer software (click here to download the application) and install it (only supported for Android phones).
2. Phone connection
Connect the camera to your phone and the Thermal Viewer program will open automatically. If your phone does not have a USB Type C port, use the original adapter.
Troubleshooting and solutions:
If the connection is lost and no image is displayed during use, try the following methods:
1. Close the software and open it again.
2. Disconnect the thermal camera and connect it to the phone again.
3. Turn off the phone, restart it, and connect the thermal camera again.
4. Check your phone settings and set the phone to allow external devices.
