Suggested instructions for using cerium oxide:
(1) Materials needed:
1. Cerium oxide
2. Water (some recommend distilled water)
3. Polishing wheel
4. Drill
5. Small plastic bucket (pint or quart size)
6. Spray bottle
(2) Direction:
1. Thoroughly clean the area where you will be working. Whether there is dirt or grime

2. Prepare two small plastic buckets; quart or pint sized containers work well. Fill it halfway with water.
3. Put the polishing wheel in the water; let it get completely wet, but do not drip.
4. Put some cerium oxide in an empty bath and add enough water to make a slurry (a thin paste-like mixture).
5. Install the moistened polishing wheel on the drill and then immerse it in the abrasive liquid.
6. Place the polishing wheel on your work area, if it is near scratches, use a small felt wheel
