Welcome to our store! This product features high quality and long lifespan, superior sound quality, and is easy to use. It comes with a transparent plastic tube sleeve to prevent dust or accidental damage when not in use, providing you with better playing performance. It's an excellent gift for oboists. Each delivery includes 1 pack of 1 piece or 5 pieces of oboe reeds, with optional quantity. Each reed is 100% brand new, made of bamboo, and colored as shown in the pictures. The reed length is approximately 72mm or 2.8 inches, and the overall dimensions with the protective sleeve are about 8.2 by 1.3 centimeters or 3.2 by 0.5 inches. The weight ranges from approximately 8 to 33 grams. For oboe reed tone repair and maintenance, soak the reed in water before playing, but do not immerse it above the binding line. Keep the reed clean by using a soft feather dipped in water to scrub the inside of the whistle reed after playing. If the reed feels uncomfortable after playing, and the reed is too hard, use a thin copper wire between the position and the vibrating part wrapped around the reed line for reinforcement. If the blowing is stiff with poor vibration, clean the reed and use a reed knife to repair the vibrating part, avoiding excessive scraping on the center column. If the sound is too bright, trim both sides of the reed, making a sloping type from thick to thin in the middle to both sides. Satisfaction: Our customers are our top priority.
