This portable spot welding machine is a revolution for both DIY enthusiasts and others. With its compact design and built-in power supply, you can now weld nickel plates.

DIY spot welding, combining the built-in power supply and welding pen in one, without the need for an external welding pen for welding, makes your spot welding project easier and more efficient.

The integrated soldering pen uses gold-plated terminals, with good conductivity and low contact resistance.

Miniature USB charging interface is used for easy charging.

Fine workmanship and good performance. Easy to use. Long service life.

Operation:

1. Briefly press the button to turn on the machine, long press the button for 3 seconds to turn off the machine;

2. After startup, the module is in automatic welding mode, welding once every two seconds;

3. After starting, you can change the output power of the spot welding machine by pressing the button, and the blue light indicates the gear;

4. Make sure the battery welding surface is free of rust, clean and smooth;

5. Make sure the nickel plate is clean and smooth;

6. The welding head's detection contact metal can be output once, after lifting, it can be welded again;

7. Set up the spot welding machine, apply appropriate pressure to ensure the welding needle and nickel, nickel and battery contact are good, no hanging on contact, then it can be welded. Different nickel thicknesses require different gears; a higher power does not necessarily mean a better weld, you can try which gear is more suitable.
