2. This blade DOES NOT WORK on Creamy (NC300 series) or Breeze (NC100/NC200 series) ice cream makers.
3. Make sure the frozen ingredients in the containers are COMPLETELY FLAT! If it is NOT flat, you may DAMAGE the blade and it may also be possible for the lid to fall off during mixing.
4. Do not fill the containers too low (or too high), otherwise the paddle will not work correctly.
