Notes & Maintenance
It is important to keep the soldering iron tip clean during use;
Installation or replacement of parts of the soldering iron must first be disconnected from the power supply and the soldering iron must be cooled before proceeding;
DO NOT place the soldering iron on any surface, but place it on a stand after each use or seal it with a heat-resistant cap.
Do not use too much pressure when soldering. As long as the iron tip has full contact with the solder joint, heat can be transferred.
Apply tin to the tip after use to protect the tip from accelerated oxidation.
For longer lifespan, adjust the temperature to 200°C when not in use for a period, do not maintain a high temperature for an extended period.
Be sure to wear safety glasses, keep loose clothing and hair away, and be careful with your fingers.
It is recommended to take breaks every 10 minutes.
