Description
Excellent Performance: This upgraded hotend kit is only compatible with Bambu Lab P1P P1S 3D printers. The heating block has been upgraded to chrome zirconium copper nickel plating, with high temperature resistance of 500 degrees Celsius during printing and fast thermal conductivity (NOTE: This hotend is not for the X1 series as their ceramic heaters and thermistors are different from the P1 series)
Smooth Surface: The inner wall surface of the throat tube and the inner wall of the nozzle are Ra 0.4, and the inner wall of the throat tube and the nozzle is smooth, which reduces clogging and improves printing quality
Super Durable Material: This nozzle is made of hardened aluminum material, the maximum temperature can reach 500c, and the hardness is above HRC60, which can reduce the abrasion on the inner and outer parts of the nozzle during long-term printing, providing high-quality printing
Titanium Alloy Upgrades: The heating block is connected to the heatsink with two gold alloy screws to prevent the throat from bending and breaking during high-speed printing
Upgraded Nozzle Structure: The heating block and the nozzle are threaded, and the nozzle is in contact with the lower step of the throat to safely solve the problem of falling off and reduce the risk of material leakage. The detachable nozzle reduces the cost of use
