This double-bladed sharpener features interchangeable sharpening discs and a magnetic angle holder, flexibly meeting the sharpening needs of various knives. A 15° angle creates a fine edge, while a 20° angle creates a robust and durable edge. The HORL2 sharpening system combines diamond and ceramic sharpening discs to sharpen knives of varying hardness, including European kitchen knives, hard or soft steel knives, stainless steel knives, rust-resistant steel knives, and outdoor knives. The industrial diamond used is the most durable and effective sharpening material. The 20° sharpening angle creates a sharp and long-lasting edge, ideal for heavy cutting tasks in the kitchen and outdoors. The 15° ultra-fine sharpening angle creates a razor-sharp edge, perfect for delicate cutting tasks such as sushi, sashimi, Damascus steel knives, and specially hardened high-carbon steel knives.
