[High Current 30A Relay]: High power: 220V 30A. It can be used for high-power equipment, such as refrigerators, hatchers, incubators, fermenters, greenhouses, etc. Connect power supply and heating/cooling equipment, place the probe and set the temperature, and it will work great.
[Heating/Cooling Function]: Heating mode 'H': when the detection temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature - hysteresis temperature, the relay turns on and the heating equipment starts working; When the detected temperature is greater than or equal to the set temperature, the relay disconnects and the heating equipment stops working. The principle of cooling mode 'C' is the same.
[Delayed Start and Temperature Correction Function]: Delayed start 'OPH': When a heating or cooling job is completed, the system starts to measure 'T'. When T is greater than or equal to OPH, the system can perform the next round of heating or cooling work. Temperature correction 'OFE' (-10.0-10.0): When the system works for a long time, there may be deviations, which can be corrected with this function. Actual temperature = measured temperature + calibration value.
[High Temperature Alarm Function]: When the actual temperature is greater than or equal to the alarm temperature, the system will turn on the sound and light alarm and disconnect the relay, press any button to stop the sound and light.
Usage steps:
1. Connect the sensor to the controller.
2. Connect the power supply to the controller.
3. Adjust the start temperature, stop temperature and temperature correction.
4. Disconnect the power supply.
5. Connect to the load with power supply at the relay output terminal if needed in step 5.
6. Reconnect the power supply to the controller.
7. Test and operate
