Repair kit for car window damage. The kit is designed for small chips, typically caused by small stones.

After using the repair kit, chips and deep scratches caused by cracks will become almost invisible, and the windshield will be protected against further damage.

USAGE:

✅ Clean and degrease the glass on both sides. Also remove any residue from the glass.

✅ Place the applicator with the screw (plunger) over the crack so that the end of the applicator contacts the center of the crack a little harder, then unscrew the plunger from the applicator.

✅ Place the correct amount of adhesive in the applicator (depending on the size of the crack). Usually, 5-10 drops are sufficient for smaller cracks (4-7 mm in diameter).

✅ Screw the plunger into the applicator as far as it will go, then unscrew and screw the plunger into the applicator again (preferably several times) so that the adhesive can penetrate into as many nooks and crannies as possible while air is forced out of the damage. When screwing in the plunger, observe that the adhesive spreads into the damage and fills it completely. If necessary, add another portion of adhesive. The adhesive should completely fill the damage.

✅ Unscrew the plunger from the applicator. Wait for the vacuum to suck out the air from under the applicator. Screw the plunger back in as far as it will go. Make sure the damage is completely filled. Unscrew the plunger and applicator.

✅ Apply 2 drops of adhesive to the sealed defect and cover with a protective film, gently smoothing it so that no air bubbles remain underneath.

✅ Expose to the sun for 10 minutes or use a UV lamp. The curing process of the adhesive only occurs under UV light. Use the included razor blade to scrape off excess adhesive (in quick, gentle 90° movements, without worrying about scratching the glass).

✅ For a longer longitudinal crack, apply the adhesive along the length of the crack (without using an applicator) and cover the entire length of the crack with protective film. Continue as described.
