WilTec's float is a hollow float that works on the principle of buoyancy.
This hollow float is lifted and pushed upwards by the rising liquid until it reaches an angle of 50° to the horizontal and then triggers the start. The float can be attached with a screw on the side, or if you have an open tank, it can be placed on the liquid from above. Thanks to the standard counterweight, the switching point can be defined very precisely. Compatible with almost all pumps.
Floats are ideal for controlling the level of any liquid that does not attack its material, regardless of the degree of dirt. You can use this float as a full or empty indicator to control pumps or valves and valves or other alarm signals.
If your pump has a power of more than 1.1 kW, you must place a standard circuit breaker or equivalent power relay, which is available in the trade, upstream. Three-phase pumps of 380/400 V can be controlled with a 380 V circuit breaker.
