Start with all spaces blank.
Two players take turns turning the dial until their designated symbol (X or O) appears on the space.
The first player to place three of your symbols in a row either across, down or diagonally wins. If all the spaces have been filled, but no 3 symbols appear in a row, the game is a tie.
