Instructions for wiring the circuit board and the vibration head (ceramic transducer):1. The circuit board must not be powered without load; it must not be powered without cleaning fluid during cleaning; the two wiring pieces of the vibration head are divided into positive and negative poles and must not be connected in reverse.
2. When welding the power cord of the vibration head, it must be welded on the side with two silver layers, and the other side is the vibration, which can be glued under the cleaning container (this is the component description of the purchased ceramic transducer).
3. The silver layer on the ceramic plate cannot withstand high temperatures. When welding the power cord, the temperature of the soldering iron should not exceed 280 degrees. It is best to use a constant temperature soldering iron and set the soldering iron temperature to 250 degrees.
