The 35 mm hinge template is an essential tool for installing concealed hinges in furniture. Made of high-quality ABS plastic, it allows for precise and quick drilling of hinge holes. Thanks to its ergonomic design, even amateur DIY enthusiasts can easily use it to locate the drilling center.

  • Determine the position of the hinge cup on the board, with the short board facing upwards.
  • Fasten the screw at the edge of the board and drill the hinge cup hole.
  • Draw a center line on the other board, with the short board facing downwards, and align the center line with the inverted triangle to drill the positioning hole for the hinge base.
  • Install the hinges.

    • Usage

    This jig is ideal for positioning and installing cabinet door hinges. It facilitates drilling of concealed hinge holes, allowing for a professional finish even for inexperienced users.
