This flow switch is designed with stable performance and separate induction chamber, magnetic control chamber, and electronic components to avoid switch failures caused by magnetic adsorption of iron materials in the pipeline. It is made of high-temperature resistant materials, which means it can be used for both hot (up to 70 ℃) and cold water. The reset spring, made of high-quality stainless steel, ensures low water pressure start, allowing the pump to start when the water pressure is greater than 0.03 KG. The electronic components as the control device are spark-free, ensuring safety during operation.
This product is widely used in families with low-pressure areas, especially for low-pressure water direction of water heaters and automatic water circulation for solar heaters.
When water flows in the pipeline, the water pulse induction door and the magnetic control device rotate together, triggering the deterrent elements to turn on the household pipeline booster pump. When the water flow is turned off, the induction door drives the magnetic control device to a certain position under the action of the reset spring, which turns off the pump.
