Bewood Unique Case - Wood and Resin
One of a kind - a few words about the production process:
A selected piece of root wood is placed in a special container and then filled with colored resin. The colors are either combined in advance or only after casting, depending on the desired effect. The liquid penetrates all cracks in the root wood, finally creating patterns - unique, sometimes mysterious and evoking various associations. Such a formed piece must be properly cared for to eliminate the risk of air bubbles. After some time, when the resin has hardened and the entire form has achieved its final, compact and hardened structure, the next step can begin, which is the mechanical processing of the wood and laser cutting. Then, an environmentally friendly oil layer is applied to the carefully sanded surface of the wood with resin. After a few hours, the wood absorbs most of the oil and any excess is wiped off with a cloth. The final step is polishing - gently, to achieve an elegant, satin finish on the case.
Each case is produced individually. This guarantees the complete uniqueness of the product.
