Material: The cold smoke generator is made of durable stainless steel. Dimensions: 20 × 18 × 5 cm, please check first if the size fits your needs. A cleaning brush is also included.

Use: Smoke coil for smokers, perfect for cold smoking all types of food such as salmon, sausage, duck breast, filet mignon, pork, chicken, cheese, fish, etc... Works in most grills.

Design: The surface of the generator is mesh-shaped which allows for better air circulation in the sawdust. The spiral shape allows for slow combustion, without flames, without an external heat source and for a long time.

Application: Easy to use, just place the smoking sawdust in the spiral and light it with a torch, a tea light or a sawdust igniter (not included). Note: Make sure the sawdust is evenly distributed and the top of the spiral is visible.

Economical: Can be used with a variety of wood pellets such as cherry, hickory, mesquite, apple, pecan, beech and more. With a small amount of sawdust, it can produce smoke for hours.
