Classic design: The cold smoke generator is square with two plates for placing the tea light. With a size of 22.5 × 21 × 4.2 cm, it fits perfectly in most ovens and is easy to carry.
Wide range of uses: It can be used to smoke meats such as pork, duck breast, and fillets, etc., or fish like salmon. Works in most grills.
Easy to use: Flatten the sawdust in the cold smoker and start with a simple tea light. The sawdust burns slowly and produces light smoke, enough for slow smoking. But make sure the sawdust is even and the top of the generator is visible.
Safe and practical: The cold smoke generator is made of stainless steel, a non-toxic and durable material. There is a space between the channels that prevents the fire from spreading sideways. It is even possible to light both tea lights to increase the smoke intensity.
Economical: Use with a variety of wood pellets such as cherry, hickory, mesquite, apple, pecan, beech, and more. With a little sawdust, it can produce hours of smoke.
