【The Perfect Size Designed for You】 The perforated pillow measures 17.3 inches long and 12.6 inches wide, with an inner diameter of approximately 3.5 inches and a thickness of approximately 2 inches. The hole in the center of the pillow helps relieve pressure on the ear's nervous system and alleviate ear pressure and earache. Perfect for your ears, giving your aching ears a place to rest without the pain of pressure and friction. Additionally, the ear pillow also fits on top of your regular pillow, making the pillow height more suitable for your needs. Please note: its smaller dimensions compared to regular bed pillows - we recommend checking the size carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

【Soft and Comfortable Curved Design】 To provide you with a better sleep experience, the ear pillow uses a long curved design, a unique curved shape, designed to perfectly outline the natural curve of your neck and shoulders. It has grooves on one side to provide a comfortable resting place for your shoulders and neck.

【Designed to Adapt to You】 The ear pillow has an adjustable design. If you feel the ear pillow is overfilled, there is a zipper on the side where you can remove some of the padding to adjust the height comfortably, but still have enough support to prevent pressure on the ear.

【Helps with CNH Pain】 The core of the ear pillow is made of PP cotton, fluffy without deformation. This ear pillowcase is pure cotton, soft and comfortable. It can better relieve your ear pain and alleviate earache, ear inflammation, and CNH symptoms.
