How to use:

Lifting:

Place both straps side by side under furniture with strong/stable feet or cross the straps under items that do not have feet for a non-slip position.

You can take 2 straps per person on each hand.

Bend your knees slightly with a straight back and choose the desired length by inserting your arms into the openings provided for this purpose to adjust the length.

Place your arms at a 45-degree angle from the elbow to the wrist upwards.

The opening of the selected strap should be directly at the base of the elbow, but completely over the forearm.
