Flame failure valve with Flare thread inlet and outlet 5/8-18UNF

Specifications:

600mm thermocouple with M8*1 threaded head

Bakelite knob OD 38mm, D-shaft 6.1mm

Operating Instructions

1. Fix the valve on a plate or board of your grill or fire pit with the main screw and flange.

2. Connect your inlet and outlet hose on the inlet and outlet side. (fasten it tightly enough to avoid gas leakage)

3. Fasten the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end tightly (Check if your valve end thread is 8mm before buying)

4. Connect the thermocouple and end thread well

5. Open the gas by proper size knob and push your valve for around 5-10 seconds until the thermocouple head is heated enough.

6. Release your hand and it works properly. If the gas valve shuts off again when you release your hand, please check

If your thermocouple is always heated by the flame

If the thermocouple end is well connected to the valve

If the inlet and outlet side are well connected to the hose you have
