How to use:

1. Open the custom software on your computer.

2. In the custom software, click the key setting area or knob setting area (yellow area), then select the KEY1-KEY12 keys or any key on knob 1 or knob 2 (green area) to set; the selected area will be displayed in red.

3. Click the corresponding function button of the simulated keyboard in the custom software, then click download. A prompt will indicate successful download, and your custom keyboard is ready to use. For example, to set key 1 as a copy shortcut (Ctrl+C), click the key setting area, click KEY1, then click Ctrl and C in the software to simulate the keyboard, click download, and you will see a success message.

Common problems and solutions:

Question 1: No response when connecting to the computer, or abnormal device prompt. Solution: Check cable and interface connections, plug in again; replace the USB interface on the computer and plug in again.

Question 2: Custom software cannot be opened after downloading. Solution: Check if security software is blocking it and set it as a trusted file.

Question 3: Key or knob always outputs A after connection. Solution: Output A is the normal factory default; open the custom software to redefine the button function.
