1. Our PW50 and PW80 Oil Block-off Plugs are the perfect solution for those seeking reliability in their two-stroke motorcycles. These block-off plates provide a secure and leak-free seal for PW riders after eliminating the factory-installed oil system.
2. The oil system in the PW50 and PW80 was known to leak and fail, and at best, deliver inconsistent lubrication. Many compensated for this by adjusting the pump to add more oil than necessary for engine safety, resulting in more smoke, fouled spark plugs, and less power. By removing this system and switching to premix, your bike becomes more reliable, runs better, sheds unnecessary weight, and provides peace of mind.
3. Our block-off plates are precision-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and include a vacuum plug for the carburetor and all necessary mounting hardware. Remember to switch to premixed gasoline immediately after removing the oil system.
