Causes and Treatment Methods for Nozzle Blockage:
1. The so-called soft blockage is due to various reasons (such as impurities in the ink and poor filtration, ink quality problems, etc.), resulting in a disconnection failure caused by the increase in the viscosity of the ink on the printhead; the printhead has not returned to the protection The new ink cartridge is not installed in the hood or in time, which causes the printhead to be exposed to the air for too long and become dry and blocked. This problem can be solved by cleaning it manually or with software once or twice in a row. Soak in the car wash tank for 8 hours, to clean, it can save ink and the effect is good.
2. Hard blockage: there is chemical coagulation in the printhead (the ink is too acidic and the plastic material of the shell causes solidification, crystals, etc.) or impurities cause blockage; this problem can be cleaned with strong nozzle cleaning fluid; or The printhead is removed from the printer and cleaned with a syringe; the nozzle of the removed printhead can also be used (note: the circuit board cannot be allowed to enter the liquid). Immerse in absolute alcohol or hot water for several hours.
