For a standard 10 1/2 \" pan, the lid is placed slightly forward on one side with no gap, ensuring a perfect fit for the 10 1/2 \" size and any smaller pans. This increases the versatility of the type of containers used in sous vide cooking. Please measure your pan before making a purchase.

Made from thick and soft silicone, this lid provides an adequate seal. It is heavy enough to lie flat on top of the pan and maintain a good seal, even if the pan is a few centimeters smaller in diameter.
