Notes:
1. Turn off the power when connecting or disconnecting the grating ruler and the digital display connector.
2. Add a protective cover as much as possible and clean the chips and oil splashed on the ruler in time to strictly prevent foreign matter from entering the inside of the grating ruler housing.
3. Regularly check whether the installation connection screws are loose.
4. To extend the service life of the dustproof sealing strip, a thin layer of silicone oil can be evenly applied to the sealing strip, making sure it does not splash on the engraved surface of the glass marking.
5. To ensure the reliability of the grating peel sensor, the grating peel surface and the indicating grating surface can be cleaned and wiped with ethanol mixture (50% each) at regular intervals to keep the glass surface of the glass guide clean.
6. The grating lines are strictly prohibited from violent vibrations and impacts to avoid damage to the grating line. If the grating line breaks, the grating lines will fail.
7. Do not disassemble the grating peel sensor yourself, let alone arbitrarily change the relative distance between the main scale and the auxiliary scale, otherwise the grating scales may be damaged on the one hand; on the other hand, the main scale and the auxiliary scale may be damaged. Relative friction, damage to the chrome layer will also damage the grating lines and cause the grating ruler to be scrapped.
8. Attention should be paid to preventing the grating line surface from being contaminated by oil and water, so as not to damage the line distribution of the grating lines and cause measurement errors.
9. The grating sensor should try to avoid working in a strongly corrosive environment, so as not to corrode the chrome layer and the grating pitch and damage the quality of the grating.
