We present our dual Hall sensor housing for electric bicycle assistance. This housing is equipped with dual Hall sensors, ensuring accurate detection of the bicycle's movement.

With 12 magnets, our sensor provides higher accuracy compared to models with only 5 magnets. The increased number of magnets also allows for a greater distance from the sensor. In terms of sensitivity, our sensor is 2-3 times more sensitive than standard 5-magnet sensors, ensuring no false actions.

The sensor is installed as standard on the right side of the pedal and generates a pulse signal with 12 pulses in a circle. The chip in the sensor shields and identifies the pulse signal and determines the direction of rotation. The forward direction is considered valid, while the reverse direction is invalid.

When the pedal moves forward, the sensor emits a pulse signal and the LED remains at a low level. This means the LED does not flash, providing a clear indication of pedal movement.

Our sensor is made of high-quality and durable PC plastic. It is professionally manufactured, ensuring stable performance and high reliability. Installation and disassembly are easy, and the sensor has a waterproof interface for added convenience.
