With this BWB 3-part Special Mold, you can create professional pralines in the shape of a large egg. Create beautiful pralines with minimal effort and little cleaning. Simply fill the bottom of the PET mold with chocolate up to the marked fill line, place the flexible silicone insert on top of the chocolate, and press it down over the PET piece, then let it set. Then push out the chocolate. Thanks to this fill line and silicone insert, you get even thickness and clean edges, thus flawless results every time!

Instructions:

1. Separate the mold and remove the silicone inserts.

2. Pour / pipe your melted chocolate or candy melts into each cavity, making sure the melted chocolate does not exceed the fill line. Gently tap the mold to smooth the chocolate and remove any air bubbles.

3. Gently press the silicone insert into the mold. Place the top part of the mold onto the first part of the mold with the silicone insert and reassemble the mold.

4. Press down the top mold until the chocolate rises to the top.

5. Place in the refrigerator / freezer and let set for as long as the recipe requires.

6. Once the chocolate has set, remove the top mold followed by the bottom mold and last but not least the silicone inserts.
These molds are made of PET plastic and make it easy to remove the chocolate from the mold, leaving them with a glossy surface!
The molds are food-safe, odorless, and easy to clean.
To clean and reuse the mold, simply wash with a damp cloth in warm water and then let dry.
We do not recommend using cleaning sponges or brushes.
Cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
Keep the mold away from direct sunlight and do not expose it to temperatures above 122°C.
Please note that exposure to extreme temperatures (cold or hot) can cause the mold to deform or crack.
