With this Porto Formas 3-part Special Mold, you can create professional pralines in the shape of beautiful hearts. Create beautiful pralines with minimal effort and little cleaning. Just fill the bottom of the PET mold with chocolate up to the marked filling line, place the flexible silicone insert on top of the chocolate and press it down over the PET piece, then let it set. Then push out the chocolate. Thanks to this filling line and silicone insert, you get even thickness and clean edges, and thus flawless results every time!

These molds are manufactured by the Brazilian manufacturer Porto Formas. Porto Formas is one of the largest producers of praline molds and 3 Part Molds. With a so-called 3 Part Mold, you can create perfect praline shells, chocolate cups, and many other designs with ease and perfection - without wasting valuable melted chocolate. With the help of marked filling lines on the molds, as well as inserts used to create the shape of the shell itself, you can say \"goodbye\" to turning and twisting the chocolate mold to cover the walls with chocolate.
For those who regularly make chocolate pralines in a certain shape, it means you will know the exact amount of chocolate required for a particular shape. For debutants and beginners, it means you will look like a pro even if you have never used a chocolate mold before in your life.

Instructions:

1. Separate the mold and remove the silicone inserts.

2. Pour / pipe your melted chocolate or candy melts into each cavity, making sure the melted chocolate does not exceed the filling line. Gently tap the mold to smooth the chocolate and remove any air bubbles.

3. Gently press the silicone insert into the mold. Place the top part of the mold onto the first part of the mold with the silicone insert and reassemble the mold.

4. Press down the top mold until the chocolate rises to the top.

5. Place in the refrigerator / freezer and let set for as long as the recipe requires.

6. Once the chocolate has set, remove the top mold followed by the bottom mold and last but not least the silicone inserts.
These molds are made of PET plastic and make it easy to remove the chocolate from the mold, leaving them with a shiny surface!
The molds are food safe, odorless and easy to clean.
To clean and reuse the mold, simply wash with a damp cloth in warm water and then let dry.
We do not recommend using cleaning sponges or brushes.

Keep the mold away from direct sunlight and do not expose it to temperatures above 122 ° C
