Inspection and Measurement Process:

1. Before use, clean any chips and impurities from the thread gauge and the measured thread. Then, rotate the ring gauge with your thumb and forefinger to determine the thread in a free state based on the entire thread length; otherwise, an accurate determination is not possible.

2. After the gauge has been verified and approved by relevant inspection and metrological institutions, pair the screw thread gauge with the measured thread. Rotate the ring gauge with your thumb and forefinger; the thread should fit within 2 thread pitches to be considered approved, otherwise, it is judged as a non-conforming product.

1. Before use: The thread gauge must be checked and certified by relevant inspection and metrological institutions before being used at the production site.

2. During use: Ensure that the tolerance class and deviation code of the tested thread match the tolerance class and deviation code marked on the thread gauge.

3. After use: Clean the measuring parts and accessories and then store them in the designated box. At the production site, place the gauge in a fixed craft position and handle it carefully to prevent impacts or damage to the measuring surface. Strictly avoid forcing the thread gauge into threads like a cutting tool, as this can cause premature wear and affect measurement accuracy.
