1. Our wigs are made of heat-resistant fiber, a heat-resistant material that can be curled or straightened with a curling iron at temperatures below 120°C. Generally, the ideal temperature is around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.
2. Our wigs cannot be dyed. Since wigs lack cuticles to retain color over time, and because hair cream washes out, the cap cannot be washed.
3. Instructions for putting on the wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the cap; c. Put on the wig and adjust the inner net; d. Secure the wig.
4. Wig cleaning and care: Comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; add shampoo to cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; towel dry; gently shake the wig to restore its shape and then let it air dry.
5. Hair loss and tangles: All wigs experience some hair loss and tangles, especially when first used. This is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from the ends to the roots to prevent tangles and breakage. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with your fingers.)
15. Hair style and color: All wigs are hand-cut, so the hairstyle may vary slightly between different batches. You can restyle your wig as needed. The color may vary slightly depending on your computer or phone screen settings. We strive to ensure color accuracy on all our products.
