This electromagnetic oil pump for grinders is mainly used in small processing machines such as grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, lathes, etc. It has a low power loss thanks to its working principle of electromagnetic induction.
This oil pump is small in size, takes up less space, and comes with complete accessories, making it easy to assemble and works when switched on. It is suitable for professional lubrication or cooling of machine tools and can be used continuously.
With its high mechanical performance, it can be matched with a flow adjustment valve, and the outlet flow will change depending on the length of the oil outlet and the viscosity of the oil.
The item is made of stainless steel and is suitable for AC220V power supply. It is imported from Taiwan, China and has a power of 13W. The inlet suction is 40kpa and the outlet pressure is 1kgf/cm². The emission volume is 400-500cc/min.
To use the oil pump, make sure to clean any residue or iron filings in the grease before replacing the oil pump. This will protect the oil pump and prevent it from breaking. If residue and iron filings are not cleared, they can cause operation to stop or even burn the oil pump in severe cases.
When installing a new oil pump for the first time, there may be air trapped in the pump core, which means the oil pump makes noise and does not add oil. To fix this, manually inject oil from the oil pump inlet when the power is on to help drain the air trapped in the pump.
