You can hook up to just about any bike to this exercise bike standing, including road and mountain bikes with a 26" to 28" or 700CC wheel. Furthermore, you can fine-tune your wheel and tire size with the micro-adjust knob. As you pedal, the internal magnet of the kinetic trainer creates a resistance change(5 levels).
